I’m Nick Farraway, founder of Radiant Edge Ltd — a strategic consultant and interim executive with a career built at the highest levels of the lighting and semiconductor industries.
Over the past five decades, I’ve held multiple C-level and P&L-responsible roles across the UK, Italy, and Germany, leading growth, restructuring, and transformation programmes for listed companies, multinationals, and innovative challengers. I’ve also worked extensively with U.S.-headquartered international groups, giving me deep insight into global business operations and stakeholder expectations.
I’m known for combining sharp strategic awareness with a pragmatic, hands-on leadership style — a ‘can-do’ approach that has earned me a reputation as a turnaround specialist and change agent. I’ve led three successful business turnarounds from loss to profitability, and took one start-up from zero to €25 million revenue in just three years.
